We’re hiring a reliable and hard-working individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Staff member. This is a full-time position with year-round work, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow within the company.
Duties include:
General groundskeeping and property maintenance
Lawn care: mowing, trimming, and edging
Tree and brush cleanup
Equipment maintenance and cleaning
Landscaping and outdoor repairs
Snow removal (seasonal)
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment a plus
Must be dependable, on time, and able to follow instructions with a can do attitude.
Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5 PM (occasional weekends as needed)
Pay:
$20–$28/hour based on experience.
Paid Holidays and Sick time.
Paid Vacation and IRA matching after first year.
