I am looking for a dependable installer or someone who has some experience working with hardwood floors. Someone who can commit to working 5 days a week. Starting pay is $21-$25 an hour, depending on experience. Must be- a team player, great punctuality, consistency and the ability to deliver quality work.

-Sanding floors with a belt sander
- Using an edger
- Using a buffer
- Applying wood stain
- Applying finish with T-Bar and Roller
- Installing hardwood floor, vinyl, laminate, and stair treads
- Able to repair hardwood and stair treads
- Able to install moldings related to hardwood installation
- Good organizational skills
- Good team working ability
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and polite customer interactions, trustworthiness, and comfort in the customer's home are essential
- Able to follow directions
- Job requires travel throughout the week
