As our project load expands, we’re seeking independent contractors and subcontractor crews across all trades to help us deliver top-notch renovation services to our clients. We are looking for both independent contractors as well as sub contractors for all trades, especially small crews who can take a remodel from start to finish!
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for professionals who specialize in( but not limited to):
Framing & Carpentry (rough & finish)
Drywall Installation & Finishing
Flooring (tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl)
Painting (interior & exterior)
Plumbing (licensed preferred)
Electrical (licensed preferred)
Cabinet & Countertop Installation
Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling
General Handyman Skills
Ideal Candidates Should Have:
A strong attention to detail and pride in their craft
At least 3 years of professional remodeling or construction experience
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Good communication and punctuality
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Insurance and licensing (where applicable)
Willingness to follow project specs and timelines
