Position: Insulation Installer
Location: Work Within a One-Hour Radius of Kingston, NY – where every project contributes to our green legacy.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours weekly. Your weekends are yours to enjoy!
Your Role:
Master Insulation Materials: Get hands-on with high-efficiency products like Intello, Tesco Vana, Gutex, mineral fiber, Rockwool, and cellulose. You’ll be the wizard of warmth and the sage of sustainability.
Eco-Warrior: Through your work, you'll directly contribute to making homes energy-efficient, reducing carbon footprints, and creating healthier living environments.
Become a Building Science Buff: Dive deep into the principles of building science. Embrace the opportunity to learn and apply cutting-edge insulation and air sealing techniques with a side of high-performance envelopes.
Safety and Precision: Uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness, ensuring every job site is as secure as our homes are comfortable.
Maintain Job Site Cleanliness: Ensure the job site and trailer are kept orderly and clean, adhering to high standards of precision and minimalism for optimal work efficiency and safety.
Support Your Project Manager and Shine: Contribute to your team's success while showcasing your versatility and collaborative spirit. Assist your project manager in completing carpentry and HVAC tasks, such as installing and repairing frames, doors, and windows, as well as installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems.
