Hello, we are 518 Management Group a property management company who manages around 200 units in the capital region. We are looking to hire a handyman professional to be part of our team. We are looking for someone to be prompt who can schedule/assign and perform work orders. We manage buildings across the capital region. Starting Rate is set at $25 per hour but can be discussed and changed based on experience level. This person would be needed Monday through Friday and some weekend availability as well.
Must Have's
-Reliable transportation
-Good Communication
-Organization skills
-Strong Knowledge and experience with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical
-Proficient with Drywall install and finish work
-Knowledge of Day-to-Day handyman repairs
-Must own basic tools (certain jobs tools will be provided)
