Job Duties
Supervise crew of up to 4 workers
Installation of sheet metal duct and related equipment from start to finish
Understand blue prints, specifications, lay out and measuring of duct systems
Experience with maintenance and repairs on Commercial HVAC Systems, knowledge of RTU's, Chillers, AHU, Boilers, Pumps, Fans, and Packaged Equipment Stand-Alone Controls, refrigerant piping relating to AHU/Condensing units, very helpful
Ordering materials/Duct Fabrication Lists
Participate in coordination meetings
Meet construction schedules/deadlines
Accurately complete required paperwork in a timely manner
Follow and adhere to the safety rules and regulations required on different jobs
Operate various power and hand tools as needed
Pre-plan and order materials for the crew
Organize project documentation, jobsite materials, company tools/truck stock
Train apprentices
Operate Scissor Lifts, forklifts, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 5-10 Years field experience
Experience in construction project planning
Must be punctual, self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess a positive attitude
Able to read and understand installation, operation manuals, and specifications to ensure proper installation and function of systems
Familiar with commercial and industrial equipment
Must be reliable, efficient, & determined

Clean Criminal Record
Must have strong desire to be part of a lean, high performance, fast paced team
Travel Requirements
3-week mobilizations on the road (6 days / week, 10 hours per day)
Working Conditions and Physical Requirement’s
The majority of work is completed on job sites in an office trailer or in an existing structure. Due to daily condition changes on construction projects, when employees are outside of the office trailer or structure they must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required by the company's safety policies and as required for weather conditions.
Ability to work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other business machines
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear
The employee is occasionally required to sit
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and risk of vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
