We are seeking one (1) experienced loader operator and two (2) Snow Plow & Salting Truck Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum of two (2) years experience operating a compact loader and/or a 3/4 Ton Truck with plow and salter in commercial parking lots and driveways.
Duties & Requirements
On-Call 24/7 availability during winter season.
Operate Compact Front Loader with Snow Pusher and/or 3/4Ton Truck with Fisher XV2 Plow and Salter
Follow snow management plan for proper clearing and placement of snow.
Occasional hand work (shoveling/snow blowing) of sidewalks/walkways may be required.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Coordinate with facility staff and other team members to ensure site safety.
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating a compact loader and/or a truck with plow and salter.
Strong understanding of winter snow & ice site operations and safety protocols.
Demonstrated understanding of zero-tolerance snow removal operations.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with equipment operation including lifting, salting and occasional shoveling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
