Arnoff a prominent family-owned Logistics Company since 1924 is searching for a
FINAL MILE WAREHOUSE MANAGER in our Malta location.

Position requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage our warehouse and develop our warehouse workers.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee the Final Mile Warehouse
Manage the inbound schedule and ensure customer needs are met
Work with General Manager and Ops to ensure labor is planned accurately to ensure timely and accurate receipts occurs as well as proper staffing for pull crew
Ensure teams within the final mile warehouse share resources for most efficient management of activities (i.e., Space and Labor)
Help each team with SOP guidance and training
Work with the Final Mile team to plan for volume increases and decreases based on customer data
Become customer liaison for the final mile customers to the warehouse
Communicate with inbound carriers for delays or improper loading of freight
Work with team to identify and solve problems via route cause and corrective action process
Ensure returns are processed timely, if customers are not taking action on them escalate
Forklift certified
Safety Champion for Final Mile warehouse
Liaison to Habitat Restore
