ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Daily Build Plan: Develop and deliver daily build plans based on Demand Requests and Optimization inputs (material and capacity) from stakeholders.Monitor Production Plan Execution: Track and ensure that the production plan is being executed as planned, adjusting minimize delivery impacts to customers.Analyze and Adjust for Delays: Identify delays and disruptions in the production process and adjust the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.Coordinate with the Demand Team: Collaborate with the demand team to address any demand changes, under the guidance of the leadership team.Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning on a daily basis to ensure goals are met.Inventory Management: Continually learn and apply best practices in inventory management to avoid excess inventory and reduce waste.Follow Company Procedures: Ensure compliance with all company rules, procedures, and safety protocols.Capacity Planning: Collaborate with various departments to forecast and plan for required production capacity based on upcoming demand and resource availability.
