Position: Test Analyst Location: Bethpage, New York Rate: Negotiable Duration: 12+ Month W2 Rolling Contract (Potential to Go Perm)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Test planning, test case development, execution and results documentation for Video and Broadband. - Access to provisioning and billing system for account management. - Real time collaboration with operational teams, employees, and customers - Ability to Telnet, SSH and capture logs, Work with employees and customers to resolve service issues
Must Haves: - Experienced in test planning, execution and documenting results - Hands-on end CPE product installation and management. - Hands-on WiFi and Video experience
Nice to Haves:
-Confluence and Jira - Defect and issue management
