Looking for long term housekeeper, mature couple preferred. Second floor garage apartment (1BR, new kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer) to maintain interior and exterior of property. General house cleaning, clothes, marketing, etc. Light outside yardwork as lawn service maintains grounds. Car available to licensed driver to do marketing.
Option to live in main house. Pay commiserate with service provided and time spent. Not opposed to individuals working outside this position, provided needs of this position met. Trust and Honesty are a must.
