Maintain grounds and exteriors of apartment buildings located in Endwell, Endicott, and Apalachin, New York. Indoor light maintenance during inclement weather. Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
A valid driver's license free of major infractions is required. Plowing experience preferred. Light Maintenace skills helpful.
Summer duties include Mowing lawns, hedge trimming, planting & weeding, picking up litter, keeping dumpster areas clean, occasional landscape upgrades, maintenance of equipment, Spring/Fall cleanup.
Winter duties include Plowing, salting, clearing sidewalks, maintaining winter equipment. These duties may require early morning shifts to clear lots for residents.
Indoor duties when unable to work outside include Light maintenance, cleaning out apartments, painting, assist maintenance staff.
