Hello. We are a local property management company in need of a laborer who has basic skills in small residential construction. Particularly we are in the process of reconstructing a building of ours’ that had a fire recently and need a worker with skills in the following areas: sheet rock, tape and plaster, ability to use a paint sprayer, minor plumbing install(tubs, toilets, sinks and faucets), minor electrical experience, and hanging/framing doors and installing locks.
