One of our job opening, we are seeking a Full Time Insurance Account Representative. The job duty are,
Process Policy Endorsement.
Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies.
Confer with customers to provide detailed information about products and services.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in agency management system.
Work with prospects to understand their needs, gather necessary data if Agents are unavailable at the time.
Candidate must be reliable, patient, caring, and have strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking and handle high volume phone calls and follow up skills, have ability to relate to people and a genuine desire to help, have technology and computer proficiency including agency management systems. Work in Independent Insurance Agency in the past is preferable. An P & C insurance license is not required at hiring, we will train you to obtain the license.Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:15pm,A desire for a long-term commitment.
