KC Construction is a remodeling & Gutter Company. We are currently looking for a qualified, professional, and reliable office assistant for our busy office. This is a full time position with the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering calls, taking messages, setting appointments, scheduling jobs, daily filing, customer communications and other office duties determined by the owner or office manager.
Minimum requirements: experience in office setting, must be detailed oriented, high school diploma with 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Appointment setting experience preferred but will train if necessary.
Compensation will be determined by experience.
