Apartment Complex Maintenace person needed.
Must have, verfible experence, car and hand tools. Duties to include but not limited too: mowing lawn, shoveling snow, cleaning stairwells and laundry rooms. cleaning, painting and preparing apartments for rental. On call every third week with additional compensation.
