Join our team leading unforgettable rafting experiences through the Lehigh Gorge State Park in the Pocono Mountains! As a raft guide, you’ll kayak down the Lehigh helping rafters navigate the river. This position combines outdoor leadership and guest services in one of North Eastern Pennsylvania’s most beautiful spots! We are looking for fun, outgoing, gregarious people that have the gift of gab. No experience needed. Full time and part time work available. No force scheduling. Work as much or as little as you want!
Required Qualifications
Must be 16 or older by June 2025
Primary Responsibilities
Create an engaging, educational, and entertaining experience for guests
Manage groups people during daily tours, with a team of guides, usually 4 or 5 per trip.

Whitewater Challengers housing consists of our employee Guide LOG Cabin which is located in White Haven, 15 minutes from the Rafting Center, making the commute to work convenient for any staff planning to come to the Poconos that lives a couple hours away.
