Real Estate company looking for an experienced carpenter. Jack of all trades is a bonus. We have nice houses that we fix, rent, and maintain. Daily activities may range from tightening a p-trap to working on a gutted property during a total renovation. Small Crews / Companies welcome.
Some of the things we do are:
Hanging Cabinets
Counter Tops
Base, Door, Crown Moldings
Flooring (Wood, Vinyl plank, tile)
Tile Shower Walls
Plumbing
Electric
Sheet rock, tape, mud
Framing
Windows
Roofing (Asphalt & Rubber)
TOOLS & Truck a must
