This is a full-time position. Hours Monday – Friday 7:30 – 4:30 (weekends may be required if
weather causes delays during the week)
Description and Responsibilities:
Perform all functions of framing and finish carpenter with exceptional quality and accuracy, following recognized procedures
techniques.
Oversee project crews in carpentry work required for the maintenance, repair, and alteration of buildings and structures as working
lead carpenter.
The ability to instruct and supervise team members as needed.
Assist supervisor in matters deserving attention regarding carpentry work.
Professionalism in customer service.
At all times, act in a manner that is confident, well organized, and considerate, exercising excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications:
Trade School or Equivalent formal training preferred. High school graduate or equivalent and minimum four years of experience as a
residential carpenter.
Teachable
High attention to details
Ability to lay out construction, remodeling, and alteration work.
Ability to read blueprints.
Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this job, including heavy work with exposure to
inclement weather conditions for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to work at heights up to 50’ from ladders, scaffolding and aerial lifts.
Working knowledge of one or more other trades.
Valid motor vehicle operator's license and transportation are required.
