Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a proficient Data Entry Clerk in Briarcliff Manor, New York. The role primarily involves data entry, customer service, and document management in the industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for copying data from one of our sites into Wordpress, ensuring its accuracy, and attending to related customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Accurate data entry and transfer of data/text into Wordpress Double checking the data for accuracy and rectifying any discrepancies Efficiently processing customer credit applications Maintaining precise customer credit records and updating them as needed Responding to and resolving customer inquiries related to data entry Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various data entry tasks Organizing and managing files related to customer data Performing calculations relevant to the data entry tasks Scanning documents as required for data entry or record-keeping Typing emails and other correspondence as part of customer service tasks.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required Must possess strong 10 Key Skills Ability to perform calculations with accuracy Experience in data entry role is desirable Excellent customer service skills are necessary Strong organizational skills, particularly in organizing files Proficiency in typing is a must Experience in scanning documents and other materials Must be capable of managing email correspondence effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
