RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking for an Oracle EPM TRCS Lead for a fully remote role.
Key Tasks:
Lead design and collection of requirements; Provide delivery oversight of TRCS development including metadata, business rules, web forms for Tax Provision reporting model
Lead model development through design, build, testing and Go-Live
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 8 years of relevant implementation experience in TRCS combined including project lead on at least 2 full cycle implementations
Experience in delivering Tax Reporting Workflows and related ETR KPI's and Dashboards
Experience in developing implementation project accelerators
Experience in Agile delivery including basic knowledge of agile ceremonies to assist in project delivery
Understanding of financial statement, industry, statutory and/or other reporting requirements
Understanding of detailed Tax Provision calculations and reporting
Demonstrated development of CBCR across multiple jurisdictions for statutory filings
Familiar with DM and FDMEE import formats, load rules and mappings
Proficient in MS Office applications
Superior written and oral communication skills
Oracle Certification is a plus
Experience in EPC Sector is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
