We offer a great opportunity (Hourly and Commission). We guarantee consistent monthly bonus as long you are willing to put the work in. We start anywhere from $16.00 (no experience) to $20 per hour base plus 20% commission once your over goal. Example $1000 over your goal would be x 20%=$200 extra in commission all goals here are the same no matter what your hourly rate is and this is one of the perks that separate us from the rest. Applicants must be energetic, motivated, and able to take and follow instruction. Experience is not needed, but drive is. Applicants must have basic knowledge how to use computers and basic software applications. Also be able to make 175 outbound calls per day as well take incoming calls. This is a collections/sales/financial services-based call center position so applicants must be able to negotiate. We will train you on how to be successful from the start.
No prior experience needed to be hired, however previous sales or negotiating skills will be viewed as a plus. We have excellent training and if your coach-able and willing to learn, then we can help you be successful!
