Frank's Basement Systems, a premier local home repair contractor is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve as a Customer Service Representative. Working in our call center, taking inbound calls, setting appointments from internet lead sources, entering incoming contracts and scheduling contracted work with customers. Must have a valid NYS drivers license and reliable transportation.
Starting pay is an hourly wage starting at $11.50-12.00 dollars per hour.

This individual must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound sales calls to schedule sales appointments or annual maintenance. Must be able to function in a fast paced dynamic environment and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
