Debt Collector – Morning Shift (In-Office)
Location: Buffalo, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $22.00 per hour + 25% Bonus Over Goal
About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Debt Collector to join our in-office morning shift team. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing accounts, professional in communication, and motivated by performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle Zeros and Ones paper efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate professionally with consumers via phone and text.
- Work consistently toward individual and team collection goals.
- Maintain compliance and documentation standards.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Debt Collector — minimum 1 year preferred.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Tardiness will not be tolerated.
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22/hour base pay.
- 25% bonus paid on collections over goal.
