trm architect is seeking to add staff at two full time positions. The firm is hoping for team members at both 3-10 year experience level and at the 10-20 year experience level.
The 3-10 year person would ideally have an architectural degree, have some experience in the profession, proficient at common architectural software, and be an organized/hardworking/honest team member who is interesting in growing within the profession.
The 10-20 year person would ideally have an architectural degree, a fair amount of experience in the profession, proficient at supervising the production of detailed construction documents, and be a skilled/patient/organized/hardworking/ honest mentor.
