Overview:As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the growth of the Commercial Bank that will span across multiple teams. This includes managing the marketing strategy for the Investment Bank, Specialty, Large Corporate and the Real Estate teams. You will be working with the Head of Commercial Marketing to develop strategic marketing plans and oversee the implementation to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This includes cross collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, Compliance and Legal to execute marketing strategies regarding product enhancements, promotions, thought leadership, events, etc., ensuring a seamless customer journey and experience.As a strategic thinker and problem solver, you will translate business strategies into actionable delivery plans. Delivering on those plans, you will act at the main point of contact for the line of business and marketing hubs, executing on the defined marketing strategy with digital, social, email, creative, content, events, etc. In addition, you will foster strong relationships with the line of business and proactively offer ideas in support of business development and revenue generation.Being at the forefront of industry and marketing trends is a key factor to delivering innovative marketing strategy recommendations. You will conduct market research, such as current trends in their niche/industry/segment and utilize data to build campaigns that meet the needs and desires of the target audience. This includes creating clear value propositions and positioning strategies that drive growth and long-term value for the business.You are strategic but always willing to roll up your sleeves and execute alongside the team to move the needle. You have a goal-oriented mindset, operate independently, possess strong attention to detail, and are always up for a challenge when it comes to delivering on the needs of the team.Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, prepare, and manage detailed marketing campaigns and programs determined by market potential, competitive situations, and bank objectives. Creates, co-develops, and presents most recommendations to the business. Develop and own pipeline of new ideas that align with strategic priorities.

Draft creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing and public-facing communications, including print, email, digital, sales support materials and social assets to drive acquisition and cross-sell.

Ensure product value propositions are integrated into creative strategies and customers' experiences with cohesive and compelling brand narratives and communication platforms.

Analyze campaign performance, utilize data-driven insights, and report on key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.

Identify ways to expand the business, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and challenge the status quo.

Review and approve customer-facing assets, communications, and campaigns.

Conduct ongoing customer and market research and help manage testing that optimizes each initiative and develop new ideas across channels.

Develop and manage a marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and forecast the impact of marketing campaigns on revenue growth.

Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent in work experience.Minimum seven years experience in managing a marketing function or within the line of business driving strategic plans. .Minimum two years supervisory experience.Proven experience building complex marketing programs/campaigns and reporting on the results.Ability to manage marketing/advertising agency relationships.Sound creative judgement.Strong communication skills and attention to detail are second nature.Creative writer with the ability to turn dry copy into exciting content.Strong project management and decision-making skills.Flexible, dependable, and responsive in the face of many moving parts.Knowledge of marketing applications such as AEM, JIRA and Sprinkler a plus.Ability to interact with all levels of personnel. The pay range for this position is $100,611.94 - $167,686.57 Annual (USD).
