We are looking for cooks and dishwashers throughout Buffalo, NY. You will work through, submit time and view upcoming shifts all through our app.
Cooks:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Follow proper knife handling and safety procedures
Dishwasher:
This role ensures the cleanliness of equipment, floors, and kitchenware, while assisting with the preparation and production of high-quality edibles. The position requires adherence to the company’s standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
Sanitation and Maintenance
Wash dishes, kitchenware, and maintain cleanliness in the edibles kitchen.
Sanitize production equipment, utensils, containers, cookware, and machinery.
Ensure personal hygiene standards are met by washing hands, wearing a hairnet, and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.
