Tappo is looking to hire an experienced and professional person for a kitchen expo position. The kitchen expo responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Finishing touches for each dish
Restocking and retrieving essential stocks and food items for cooks
Acting liaison between cooks and front of house
Communicating and organizing food tickets
The kitchen expo must be very well organized, have good communication skills, and the ability to think and act quickly during dinner service.
