Live Edge Brewing Co. is looking for Part-Time kitchen help for our busy Summer Season. (8-15 hours a week, possibly more)
Weekend & Holiday availability is a MUST.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, engaged, fun & outgoing!
Responsibilities Include: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Preparing & Portioning Menu Items, sauces and other food preparation.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Clean up station and take care of leftover food. Restocking inventory. End of Day Cleaning and Set up for the Following Day.
Qualifications:
At least 18 Years old.
Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred. (Willing to train the right candidate)
Able to meet all scheduling commitments.
Must be self motivated hard worker.
Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs.
Able to remain on task with minimal supervision.
Able to take Direction & Complete all assigned tasks.
Cleanliness & Adherence to all NYS Health Codes.
Strong attention to detail.
A Willingness to Grow & Learn.
We are also hiring for our Front Of House Staff. Servers & Bartenders.
Experience Preferred. Will Train The Right Candidate.
10-20 Hours Per Week
Strong Communication Skills A Must.
Weekend Availability A Must.
