DISHWASHER/PREP COOK
This is located in Hamburg New York and has tremendous opportunity for growth within our hospitality family.
Ideal Candidates:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player.
Great communication skills.
The ability to function comfortably in busy environments.
Prior experience in a Restaurant/Café/Deli/Bakery
Interest in food, wine and spirits culture.
Are able to lift 25 lbs or more
Experience in one of the positions mentioned above
Perform routine kitchen tasks and help prepare items for guests
Must be able to follow instructions/recipes, as well as all health and safety guidelines
Position requires candidate to be able to fulfill cooked to order/made to order items such as breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, short order plates, and espresso based beverages
Morning and early afternoon availability
Reliable transportation to and from restaurant
Strong communication skills and knowledge of POS systems
Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
Proven experience with espresso machine and espresso based drinks
Responsible for communicating with guests to assist them in placing orders
Ability to answer any questions regarding both the good and drink menus
