Looking for an experienced, multi-tasking cook who likes working both in teams and on their own. The position requires 3-4 hours of bulk prep for the restaurant, 1-2 hours of line set up for lunch and 2-3 hours of medium-pace lunch service. Must be willing to learn standardized recipes, be coachable and focused. The job is not hard for a professional who knows mise en place and appropriate prep pace. Must have some from-scratch cooking experience and line cooking experience as well as references. Candidate must be dependable and able to get to work daily (Tuesday through Saturday) 7am to 3pm.
