We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team at our Italian restaurant on Allen Street in Buffalo Giacobbi's Cucina Citta is Allentown's go-to Italian dining destination, and we are seeking a personable, capable and experience individual for part-time evening shifts.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items meet our high standards of presentation and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
