Seeking an experienced, well-established Sous / Line Cooks to join our team on Chippewa
We are full casual service restaurant including lunch and weekend brunch
Seeking candidates with the following:
- Culinary degree (Experience)
- 5+ years experience in a high-volume environment
- 3 or more years in a supervising role
- Additional duties to include unique menu development and daily specials, inventory, ordering/purchasing and sanitation
- Strong leadership skills is a must
