We’re looking for a skilled, warm, and grounded clinician to join our trauma-informed, holistic counseling practice in the heart of Williamsville. Our holistic model honors the whole person—mind, body, spirit—and draws clients who are self-aware, growth-oriented, and ready for deep work. We serve adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions.

$150+ session fees, with clinician pay starting at $60–$70 per session

Who You Are:
You’re a licensed NYS clinician with a heart-centered, holistic approach to therapy. You’re confident in your clinical skills, enjoy working independently, and want to be part of something meaningful—without having to build your own practice from scratch.
You are:
Licensed in NYS as an LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT
Experienced with anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and relationships
Trained in EMDR or another trauma modality (preferred but not required)
Comfortable seeing adolescents (12+) and adults, experience with couples a plus
Organized, punctual, and able to manage your own caseload
Aligned with mind-body-spirit integration in healing
Respectful of client autonomy and committed to ethical care
Please Note:
This is a part-time W-2 position, not a contractor role
We cannot accept LCSWs or psychologists due to NYS licensing rules
Monthly group consultation participation is expected
