Key Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and clean all areas of the building and grounds, including
bathrooms, offices, lobby, kitchen, and stairwells.
Dispose of garbage from bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and outdoor containers as needed
Clean windows, doors, blinds, and mirrors regularly.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and tools.
Perform seasonal tasks such as shoveling, salting, mowing, edging, planting, and
fertilizing.
Remove debris from parking lots, sidewalks, and flower beds throughout the day.
Conduct minor repairs, painting, plumbing upkeep, and maintenance of equipment.
Respond to emergencies and follow security protocols as directed
