We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient cleaner to join our team in maintaining an Airbnb property. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential or commercial cleaning and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring each guest enjoys a spotless and welcoming environment, contributing to excellent reviews and repeat bookings.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize the entire property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
Change and launder bed linens, towels, and other laundry items.
Replenish amenities such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and coffee/tea stations.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sweep all floors and surfaces.
Ensure all appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) are cleaned and in proper working order.
Dispose of trash and recycling appropriately.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the property owner/manager promptly.
Ensure the property meets Airbnb’s cleanliness standards before each guest’s arrival.
Adhere to the property’s cleaning schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and alert the property owner/manager when stock is low.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience in a hotel, Airbnb, or similar environment is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to follow checklists and specific instructions.
