Homespace Corp. is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to work in our group homes, apartments, and administrative offices. Mon.-Fri. from 9am-5pm with some flexibility. Seeking an experienced person to troubleshoot & maintain mechanical equipment and buildings. Tasks include property & grounds upkeep, general plumbing work & carpentry, painting, flooring repairs, general electrical repairs. 3 years experience with licensing and certifications preferred. Applicants must have a valid NYS Driver License, reliable transportation and successful applicants will be subject to State-mandated and other background checks as a condition of beginning employment.
