We are currently seeking experienced Property Preservation Contractors in Erie, Niagara, and Monroe Counties (NY) and Surrounding areas
Work Includes:
Lawn care & debris removal
Lock changes & securing
Winterization
Trash outs
Minor repairs (roof, drywall, plumbing, etc.)
Photo documentation required for all jobs
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Own tools, smartphone, and transportation
Experience with property preservation work
Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
Must have HUD locksets and keys
Strong knowledge of PPW and photo submission as per instructions
Must have a lawn mower and all required equipment
