Must have:
5 yrs experience in landscaping and snowplowing. Must understand the importance of handling Commercial and residential accounts.
Must know how to operate all equipment in our field.
Valid and clean drivers license.
Managerial skills.
Great work ethic.
Knowledge in mechanical work such as but not limited to breaks, belts, front end work, lawn mowers, snowblowers, snowplows, trailers, bearings etc. (We provide all tools but if you have yours also that's a plus)
Must be able to work when needed. Winter work is on call 24/7
Detail oriented.
Must be able to achieve goals and deadlines.
Must pass our annual physical.
Must have thick skin. People come and go, must be able to adapt and keep moving forward.
