Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Wood Molder Machine Operator for a local business in North Tonawanda, NY. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity!
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4:00pm
Pay: $19-25/hr based on experience
Job Duties:
-Reads work order to determine machine set up procedures and type of wood stock to be cut
-Selects and installs cutting heads and all related tooling on the machine according to pattern/design
-Runs wood through molder and inspects for defects, makes adjustments as needed
-Operates machinery, cutting wood to customer specifications
-Complete production records
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Strong mechanical skills
-Machine operation experience strongly preferred
-Ability to do basic math/measuring
-Ability to lift heavy material
-Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine motor skills and reach
-Can withstand a range of temperatures in the warehouse
