Skills Needed: Trades such as drywall, painting, turnovers, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC (forced air, central air, and building-wide boiler systems (preferred)), ability to complete a turnover independently
Requirements: Insured vehicle and active driver's license, Eligible to work in the United States, Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance. Experience with unit turns (preferred)
Pay: $20-$25/hour. Weekly pay
Hours: Full-time
