I’m a busy business owner and caretaker looking for a great local personal assistant in Williamsville, NY.
I am seeking a detail-oriented and experienced personal assistant who loves organization, can bring calmness to our chaos, and assist with various business and personal tasks as needed.
Duties include managing my inboxes and organizing messages, researching business opportunities and continuing education options, occasional assistance with business projects and events, phone calls and scheduling personal appointments, booking travel arrangements, running errands, and straightening up around the house.
My household includes myself, my spouse, and two adult sons. We also have elderly family members that we care for, not living in the home. My business is a growing consulting practice, currently based out of my home.
An ideal schedule would be 11am-3pm Monday & Friday (some flexibility with times). Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license and insurance; background check will be performed. Pay is $20 per hour. If you’re a punctual, reliable, non-smoker, and a self-starter, I’d love to talk to you!
