Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and dependable House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential settings. As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a healthy and welcoming living environment for our clients.
Duties:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in residential spaces, encompassing dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas effectively.
- Empty and manage trash and recycling bins appropriately.
- Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, countertops, and appliances meticulously.
- Clean and shine mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures proficiently.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors as needed; promptly address spills and stains.
- Maintain an organized and tidy appearance of all cleaned areas.
- Interact professionally with clients to address specific cleaning requests or concerns with a positive demeanor.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment; use correct cleaning products and equipment following safety standards.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within set timeframes; prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Report any issues promptly to a supervisor; communicate effectively with the team by providing after photos for each job.
Skills:
- Experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning products.
- Capability to lift and transport cleaning equipment and supplies as required.
- Excellent time management skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Keen attention to detail ensuring high-quality results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
