Responsibilities:
Overall maintenance of the properties
Maintain positive relationship with tenants
Apartment and commercial maintenance and turnover
Requirements
High School Degree, Associates preferred
Basic handyman, plumbing, electrical, HVAC skills
Must be organized
Detail oriented
Problem solving skills
Customer service skills
Must be able to multi task
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with tenants, contractors, and property managers
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time
