We are looking for hard working people to join our fast growing property management company.
We have openings on both our Rehab/Construction and Repair Technician teams.
Rehab/Construction - Experience in plaster, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and some knowledge of furnaces is a plusbut we are willing to train the right person who is open to learning new things. This position includes cleanouts and turnovers of units between tenants.
Repair Technician - Must have strong understanding of basic heating, plumbing and electrical issues and be comfortable working on your own with our tenants. A specialized background will be compensated accordingly. This position is for any emergency or non-emergency repairs that tenants report in their units.
Must have your own transportation and tools.
Work week is Monday through Friday.
Salary is based on qualifications.
