We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our construction team. Duties
Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials including shingles, metal, and stucco.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for roofing tasks.
Assist with metal stud framing and drywall installation as needed.
Perform caulking to ensure proper sealing of roofing materials.
Engage in frame carpentry and concrete forming activities as required.
Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials on construction sites.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
Proven experience in roofing or related construction labor roles is preferred.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with metal stud framing, drywall installation, stucco application, caulking, frame carpentry, and concrete forming is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and work in physically demanding conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
