I'm filing a Federal Civil Rights action against the Erie. Co. Family Court for not allowing me due process.
I was in Erie Co. Family Court with my lawyer and was not allowed in virtual proceedings when I repeatedly ask to be in them, logged into their Team video conferencing software for numerous virtual proceedings, but not let in but for one virtual proceeding, 3-5 minutes. I got a transcript from the court that only shows me being in the meeting a few minutes at the end, when the proceeding was 20-25 minutes per my attorney. I have the text with her after the proceeding of her acknowledging there was much more discussed in substance prior to my entry and her stating it is unfair.
