Express Employment Professionals of North Tonawanda is seeking several Operators for a tech company located in Niagara Falls, NY. This is an excellent temp to permanent opportunity!
Not on a bus line
Hours: 2nd shift 3pm -11pm
Pay Rate: $17/hr. + shift differential
Responsibilities: 4 positions available
DL Inspector
-Setup multimeters as stated on the traveler
-Using a microscope to visually inspect parts on the traveler
-Package parts on the traveler per instructions
Deposition Operator
-Set up and run Tm furnace & TRC station
-Set up and load sputtering equipment for individual film depositing
-Perform all necessary steps
Screen Print
-Obtain traveler for parts to be processed and set up printer
-Determine type paste to be used per traveler
-Place parts on tool plate, activate machine to print
-Inspect parts are aligned correctly
Demount Operator
-Using a microscope to inspect parts for defects
-Coating parts with solder
-Mounting partes to carrier plate using a temp. adhesive
-De-mounting and cleaning parts
-Recording necessary information
-Perform final assembly
Requirements:
-Ability to read and write in order to interpret production documents and accurately record required information
-Ability to perform basic arithmetic
-Using personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, aprons and gloves
-Manufacturing experience a plus but willing to train
