-Machine Operation experience/willing to learn - have a lot of press machines onsite
-Loading/unloading of parts into the machine and off the machine
-Use heat codes for bundles of steel
-Must be able stand continuously for 8-12 hrs
-Must be able to lift 25lbs with minimal walking
-Must be able to bend, twist and lift repetitively (All areas are repetative - repeat tasks - must be comfortable with that)
-Ability to work in tight places
-Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills - need to be coordinated they work with hot steel
