We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers to join a well-established Food Manufacturing Facility in Derby, NY.
Pay & Benefits
Starting pay: $16.00/hour
Increase to $19.00/hour + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k) after 60 days
Responsibilities
Perform general food production tasks including cleaning, assembly, inspecting, picking/packing, and machine operation
Follow all company safety and hygiene policies
Maintain a clean and organized production area daily
Build and secure pallets for shipment
Requirements
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Strong teamwork and organizational skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work mandatory overtime
